Kindly suggest why i cannot view my certificate .

Hi,

You need to have Active Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification or Active Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certification in addition to passing AZ-400 exam in order to earn DevOps Engineer Expert certification.

I recommend you pass AZ-104 exam since AZ-204 is retiring in 3 days. Once you pass AZ-104 both certifications will show up.
