Family subscription invitation not working.

Question

I invited my son Justin to join my family subscription. He received the email and clicked the download button- seemed to dowload, however, when he clicked on Word and the other apps they sain not subscribed. What is his next step?

The invited person should follow the instructions at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/someone-invited-you-to-share-their-microsoft-365-subscription to accept the invite and install using their personal Microsoft account.
