I Stop receiving emails on July 22nd and can't figure out how to reset it, Help! Don't send any replies to my email since I can't open it to retrieve it, send to my gmail account: ****@gmail.com

Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble receiving emails. When you sign in to Outlook.com, do you see any error message indicating that your account is currently unable to receive emails?
Also, please send an email to yourself from Outlook.com and let me know whether you receive it. Check whether the unread-message count next to your Inbox increases or remains the same.
No, the count did not change and no error message when signing in. I am currently still receiving up to date junk that looks like truly junk mail through.
If I go to my search bar in my mailbox and select mail, I receive ten of my latest emails and that's it, they only appear when I click the mail tab in the search bar.

Ok, you are currently in the other section of your Inbox; you need to change it to focused at the top of the emails:

The screenshot shows that your email is in the Other section. That is why you do not see the new messages. However, they appear when you use the search bar because Outlook searches both the Focused and Other sections.

Not new at this and this is the first time this has ever happen. Did I get Hacked? I'm not going to use the search bar every time to check my mail when only 10 show up when I go that route.... How do we fix this? This is one of my main email accounts that I've had for years, what happen and how do I get this fixed ASAP...Give me a call and let's walk through this together. PII removed

Just sent from my outlook to gmail and it came through!
This the only way I can see my latest emails.

This appears to be happening in the Outlook app rather than on Outlook.com, which I suggested checking at the beginning. Also seems the screenshot of the focused section was not taken, considering the last received email, as there should be an " Others " section at the top mentioning emails received there.
Could you please clarify whether the problem affects an Outlook.com account or a third-party account, such as Gmail?
If it affects a third-party account, please sign in directly through that provider’s website and confirm whether the new messages appear there. This will help determine whether the issue is with the email account itself or only with synchronization in the Outlook app.
