i got office 2019 for my personal mac

and it was working since may 2024 then stop working

i was purching it from groupon site it was a life time licence

once it stop working by refusing any create or edit on my word files

i did the reinstalation steps as it was described at the activation email

and after putting the activation key it gives a message of its already redeemed

so kindly help me to reactivate my office 2019 for mac
