New Phone - Can't log into Azure Portal as I don't have authenticator

I got a new phone after losing my old phone.
I can't log into azure portal as it requires authenticator. The only alternative is to enter the authenticator codes, which of course also doesn't work.
Is there a way to either
a) reset my login or
b) close the account and I can start over
