    Dear Ariana,

Good day, and thank you for reaching out to the Q&A Forum. As a forum moderator, I genuinely wish I could directly access your mailbox to diagnose and resolve this for you. Unfortunately, my role here is limited to providing general guidance and steps you can try from your side. To help narrow this down and point you in the right direction, could you clarify a few more details?

    • Are the emails actually reaching your recipients, or is the issue only that they do not appear in your Sent Items folder? Also, does this happen with every email you send, or only some of them?
    • Which mailbox are you sending from (your primary mailbox, a shared mailbox, a delegated mailbox, or an alias), and are you using a personal or work / school account?
    • Do the sent messages appear anywhere else, such as Drafts, Deleted Items, Conversation History, or another mailbox's Sent Items folder?
    • When did this start, and did anything change around that time (for example, a new mailbox added, a rule created, an Outlook update, or a profile change)?
    • Does the issue also occur in Outlook on the web ? This is a quick way to determine whether the messages are actually missing from the server or only from your desktop client.
    • Have you checked your Inbox rules (File > Manage Rules & Alerts) for any rule that may be moving or deleting sent messages?
    • Is anyone else in your organization experiencing the same issue?

If possible, please also share a screenshot of your Sent Items folder and your File > Options > Mail settings page (scrolled to the Save messages section). Please remember to mask or obscure any sensitive information, such as email addresses, names, or message content, before uploading.

In the meantime, please check this setting in Classic Outlook for Windows:

    1. Go to File > Options > Mail.
    2. Scroll down to the Save messages section.
    3. Verify that Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder is checked.

Once I have a clearer picture, I will be able to provide more targeted guidance or point you to the appropriate support channel. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Looking forward to your reply.
