Outlook stopped downloading messages yesterday, tho I am receiving them on my iPhone and iPad. Here's the version, etc.:

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this situation. Could you confirm if this an Outlook.com/Hotmail account or an account from another provider? Is only one account affected, or are all accounts configured in Outlook? Can you still send messages from Outlook on the computer?
Thanks for asking. It is an ***@sbcglobal.net (also ***@yahoo.com) account. Both are affected. I cannot send messages. When I go into settings, account info, manage accounts - it does not give me the option to see the stmp or pop info.
Thanks for the information. Please remove the email accounts from the Outlook app, then restart it and add the accounts again.
