I am getting this message when I send most emails:

Sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue. The error 550 5.7.501 … Spam abuse detected … AS(130) is a server-side anti-spam rejection. Microsoft associates error 5.7.501 with a sending account or sending route that has been restricted after suspected spam activity. It is not normally caused by Outlook.

Please try sending a simple test message from Outlook.com to the same recipient and to an address with a different provider.
