People can not send me emails

The only emails I am recieving are the ones that are spam or junk. People that normally send me emails for work it is kicking it back to them, I do not know why

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this situation. The NDRs contain useful information for this type of issue, so please share a screenshot of them. Be sure you cover or remove any personal information, such as email addresses and IP addresses, before sharing them.

    Those "kicked back" emails should have a diagnostics section included, any chance you can get hold of one and post this section? It should tell why the message was kicked back. Thanks!!
