I need assistance on refund the amount of $99.00 charged on July 28.
Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
It is absolutely ridiculous that we cannot speak to a live person or even chat with one. I was double charged. Once on July 2 for $99 and again on July 28 another $99. I want a refund for what was charged on July 28. Also, I am having major issues activating or downloading the update software event though I already paid for my susbcription.

May I check and confirm if your subscription is running directly from Microsoft or this is under Apple?
