Access to certificates on stolen account

Question

My MS account was stolen because I have missed all the warning from Microsoft about suspicious activities.

Basically I was using that account mainly to pass and renew certificates.

I've tried to restore access but I failed many times for security questions and when I've managed to create request for help agent rejected as I couldn't proof I am the account even if I could show all XBox details linked to account, screenshots from registered devices, screenshots from Authenticator app with 2nd factor for that account and so on. I am afraid that no one checks if I posses devices linked with that account.

At the end I only want to restore access to my certificates as one of them expire in a week form now... How can I move certificates to newly registered account?
