Where do i lodge a complaint about microsoft support service?

I've been having some trouble with something related to an xbox and have tried just about everything i can find online related to the issue. I tried contacting support about the issue only to be met with a completely miserable sounding person who was clearly reading a script who just hung up on me in the middle of me speaking??? Legitimately some of the worst customer service I've ever received and im going to leave a complaint about it if i can, but there's so many ai chat bots and pathways i cant find any kind of system for reporting the support itself.

I’m sorry you were treated that way. Being disconnected while you are explaining the problem is not acceptable.

There does not appear to be a separate public complaint form specifically for Xbox support agents. The best route is to return to the Xbox Support contact page, sign in, and start the virtual chat. Type “talk to an agent” to display the available contact options. The page also has a Give feedback option that can be used to report the support experience.

If you reach another agent, explain that this is a complaint about a previous support interaction and ask for it to be documented and reviewed by a supervisor. Include the approximate date and time of the call, the phone number or account used, any case number, and that the agent disconnected while you were speaking.

Unfortunately, forum moderators cannot access call records or submit the complaint on your behalf.
