Escalation Needed: Dual-Profile Identity Loop Blocking MD-102 Renewal Assessment

Hello, I am caught in a severe platform error loop that is blocking me from renewing my active MD-102: Endpoint Administrator Associate certification (passed December 2025).

I accidentally deleted my old Microsoft Learn profile (well actually there was a duplicate with no data on it that i deleted, which deleted that and also my active profile), but I am using the exact same email address for my new active profile.

*Private email support opened a case for me and confirmed they located my original records, stating: **"we were able to locate your Learn Profile containing your certifications. However, we noticed that the profile currently doesn’t have a specific account linked to sign in."*Because the email support desk claims they cannot manually execute a profile merge or link an alias, I am completely locked out of my eligibility window to take the free renewal assessment. I have my official Pearson VUE PDF score report matching this exact email address as proof of legal ownership. I need an escalation moderator to open a secure Private Message with me to review my details and manually link my orphan history to this active account before the credential expires.

Thank you.
