Microsoft billing for One Drive

I have a Microsoft 365 subscription. I do not understand why Microsoft is charging me $1.99 per month. Doesn't the subscription include a terabyte of storage on One Drive?

    It's probably Microsoft 365 Basic. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/p/microsoft-365-basic/cfq7ttc0ktxs

    It includes 100GB of storage.
