Can you tell me a little more about the issue?
- Are you using Word on Windows, Mac, or Word Web?
- What happens when you select “Get Add-ins”? Please share the exact error message.
- Does this affect every add-in or only one specific add-in?
- Is this a personal Microsoft 365 account or an account managed by your work or school?
