    Dear @Anthony Tracey Admin,

    Thank you for reaching out. Based on the information provided, the Volume Licensing section may not appear in the Billing > Your Products page if the account signed in to the Microsoft 365 admin center does not have a Volume Licensing (VL) role assigned. Microsoft documentation notes that even Global Administrators do not automatically have access to Volume Licensing features and must be granted the appropriate VL permissions separately.

    Every VL contract has at least one designated VL admin responsible for registering the licenses and managing VL roles. Please sign in with VL admin to manage it.
