Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear @Anthony Tracey Admin,
Thank you for reaching out. Based on the information provided, the Volume Licensing section may not appear in the Billing > Your Products page if the account signed in to the Microsoft 365 admin center does not have a Volume Licensing (VL) role assigned. Microsoft documentation notes that even Global Administrators do not automatically have access to Volume Licensing features and must be granted the appropriate VL permissions separately.
Every VL contract has at least one designated VL admin responsible for registering the licenses and managing VL roles. Please sign in with VL admin to manage it.
For reference, please refer to:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center for volume licensing
- Manage volume licensing agreements
- Manage volume licensing user roles
If the licenses still do not appear, please contact Microsoft Volume Licensing Support:
- Online: Create a support request
- Phone: Find your regional number
I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out anytime if you need further assistance.
Thank you very much for your valuable time and your cooperation.
