Artifact Signing organization validation stuck In Progress after trusted ID verifier rejection
We created a Public Trust organization identity validation for an LLC. The request moved to In Progress and required the company representative to obtain a Verified ID through the trusted ID-verifier flow.
The trusted ID verifier rejected the representative, but the Artifact Signing validation remains In Progress. It cannot be deleted, corrected, or recreated. The requester may have been entered using a preferred first name rather than the exact first name on the government-issued ID.
Please have the Artifact Signing validation team reset or fail the existing request so it can be recreated with the requester’s exact government-issued legal name. The Azure support wizard incorrectly routes this issue to generic Azure DevOps troubleshooting and provides no case-submission path.
I can provide the subscription ID, tenant ID, validation ID, timestamp, and screenshots privately to Microsoft staff.
