I am trying to install the product code on a different PC. I was trying to put it on an Apple, but the OS is too outdated, and the hard drive is too small to update. I want to use it on a different PC but it says the code was used. The code was downloaded but not installed as the HD was too small and the OS was wrong. How can I fix this?

If so, the code is not for installing, but for you to redeem it, so that it can associate the subscription to your Microsoft account. Once redeemed, moving forward, your Microsoft account serves as "license" and the code has done its purposes.

So, if you want to install on a different computer, go to https://account.live.com > Subscriptions, you should find the 365 product listed there and you can the following option to download the installer, and then run it to install.
