A cloud-based identity and access management service for securing user authentication and resource access
Hi,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A community forum!
Based on the screenshots, it looks like your Microsoft account is working correctly, since you can still access your other tenant. The issue is specific to the nicholsenterprises.org tenant (Tenant ID: eda49e1c-75d5-46e9-bcfa-52158c3b6a2c).
The error AADSTS5000225 indicates that the tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. Unfortunately, this isn't something that can be resolved from the Azure or Entra portal.
If this tenant is important, I would recommend opening a support request with Microsoft. Include the Tenant ID, domain name, Trace ID, Correlation ID, and Timestamp shown in the error message, and explain that the tenant was being used recently to manage users and Enterprise Applications. Microsoft can verify whether the tenant is eligible for reactivation.
One additional question: was this tenant associated with an active Azure subscription or Microsoft 365 subscription, or was it only using the free Microsoft Entra ID service? That information can help determine what recovery options may be available.
