I havent purchased a new license, but doing research Ive seen thats what people have had the most success with.
I have a 0xC004F213 activation fault without changing or doing anything with hardware or software
I built my computer in February of 2025 and bought Windows 11 from Microsoft and installed it on my PC. I haven't had any issues with it until this week.
My Activation State says, "not Active" and gives error code 0xC004F2123. I go through the troubleshooting, and it gets me nowhere.
In my about settings under system tab my windows info reflects Windows 11 Home install and the correct date. Can someone help me get to fix this even if I get a new product key and a refund for having to buy a new one?

Sorry, did you end up getting a new product key during the troubleshooting process?
If so, you definitely want to chat with support to get that returned and refunded, because there's no need to purchase a new one when you already bought one from Msft.
To get a hold of support, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Windows" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
As for activation, Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command:
slmgr /dlvThen share a screenshot please. Thanks!
