Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
In this scenario, you only have two options -
- Replace the Security Information (Takes 30 days to take effect).
- Completely factory reset your PC to defaults, and set up Windows using a different Microsoft account where you have the recovery verification methods active.
1
If the files are important on your PC, you will have to replace the security information and wait for 30 days to take effect.
2
If you have backed up all of your files and are willing to use the device at least during the waiting period, you can proceed with reinstalling Windows. To do that,
- Turn on your computer. When you see the PC manufacturer's logo or Windows logo, turn off your computer by holding the power button on your device.
- Then turn on your computer.
- Repeat the same process two times.
- On the third time, allow your device to boot into the WinRE.
From the WinRE, select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC > Remove Everything and proceed with Local reinstallation.
*Note -
Running a System Recovery will put your device to factory default state and will delete all the files stored in your HDD.
Let me know if you still need more help.
