ERP D365FO will be implementated along Bosnet System for Branches (Sales, Inventory, Cash). We plan to use batch integration using spreadsheet to sync up Bosnet and D365FO. When the new Customer is created in Bosnet, it would be replicated in D365FO. When there is an update of Credit Limit in Bosnet, it should also be updated in D365FO. Our implementation vendor said that the new credit limit can't be updated from the spreadsheet Data Management. The vendor said that credit limit update in D354FO has to be done manually. Is that true? Is that really no way to automate this update?

    Dear @Danny Supriyadi,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, you wonder customer can credit limit changes from Bosnet be automatically updated in D365FO through spreadsheet integration, or are manual updates required.

This question is related to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) data entities, Credit Management, and integration design. Since this forum mainly focuses on Microsoft 365 and general Microsoft products, I recommend posting your question in the Dynamics 365 Community, where D365FO functional consultants and solution architects can provide more specific guidance on credit limit updates through Data Management, custom entities, or integration methods.

When posting, please include your D365FO version, whether Credit Management is enabled, and which Data Entity your implementation vendor tested.

I hope your issue would be resolved as soon as possible, please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions.
