Made a new subscription to microsoft 365 and paid the monthly fee, installed microsoft bu i cannot open any of the office programs

There are a couple of widely reported problems with the Office apps on an Apple Mac at the moment due to the July 13 update

At the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?

When you try to open any of the Office apps, what error do you see, is it the 0x0 error?

Because many people are reporting this same problem which is caused by the July 13 update, the best option to resolve this problem is to completely uninstall Office apps using the process provided on this link.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/lifecycle/officeinstall/uninstall-office-for-mac

Then remove the Office licence using the process provided on this link.

Then download and re-install the Office apps again.
