I keep getting a message to pay for Microsoft 365, but i have already paid

    Hi,

    • Please make sure that your subscription is active.
    • Double-check that you are currently signed in to your Microsoft 365 apps.
    • Please check if your current Microsoft 365 app is updated.

    If it is already updated, please log out of your account and then restart your device. Open your Office app, then log back in. This is to refresh your account in the apps.

    If the issue persists, try to repair your Office application.

    can access xc documents but not word documents. Word is asking me to subscribe and I am already subscribed
