All good mail is landing in junk mail all the time, even though i click on not junk

My most important emails are going into junk, even though i press button saying not junk! I don't have access to safe sender either

Marking emails as "Not junk" should help, but it doesn't always prevent future emails from going to Junk.

May I ask what are the steps that you have done so far? Also, just to confirm, are you one Outlook for Android? If you are, please try moving the email to Inbox, marking it Not junk, and adding the sender to your contacts.
