Hello,

What happened is microsoft asked for a second email address to add for security purposes so i did it on both my emails.
What is happening now is that whenever i would login to one of my email account they would send an email to the other email for security ,i would always login to both my accounts regularly for this reason and everything was normal.
Until one day i couldn't login to any of them and a security email would be sent to each but how because i couldn't login in the first email nor the second email how would i ever login , so i did a verification and i got both emails back and it happen again after a week i did the same thing and it worked.
But now the third time i can't make it work it's literally impossible to unlock one of my email even though i have been using those emails for so many years and every account i own are TIED to those two emails.
I really need to have both emails.

I would like to speak if it possible with someone.

Thank you.

    Hi,

Do you have access to another verification method, such as a phone number or an authenticator app?

On the page where it asks for a verification code, click 'Show more verification methods' and send the code to another available method, if any.

If not, on the next page, click I dont have any of these. After clicking that, you will be prompted to complete the information needed to confirm that the account owner is making this sensitive change. Once your account is verified, you will be able to update your security information.

If you have recently made a sensitive security change, your account may be placed in a restricted state for 30 days.

This is done to protect you and alert you in case the security information was changed by someone without your permission.
