Renew option not showing for Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102)

Hi MS Certification Support Team,

I earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) certification on 29 August 2025. According to my certification profile, it is scheduled to expire on 28 August 2026.

I would like to renew my certification before it expires. However, when I sign in to my Microsoft Learn profile, I do not see the Renew option for this certification.

Could you please investigate this issue and let me know why the renewal option is not available? I would appreciate your assistance in enabling the renewal so that I can complete it before the certification expires.

The certification retired at the end of June

Retired certifications cannot be renewed.
