Not able to re activate my MS 365 office on my Mac Book

Question

I have gone and made a payment for the 365 family ,

I have tried to log out and login

I am now still not able to work on Excel because my license still not activated

Log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

If the expiry date on your subscription is correct. there are a couple of widely reported problems with the Office apps on an Apple Mac at the moment due to the July 13 update

At the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?
