Epson WF2840 not scanning as PDF

My Epson WF-2840 has stopped scanning to PDF so I can no longer scan multi page documents. Has there been a software change and how do I access that?

    The best option, if you previously had that functionality on your scanner would be to completely uninstall the printer/scanner, then restart (not shut down) your PC, and go to the support page for your printer/scanner on the Epson website to download and install the version of printer and scanner drivers, and also the firmware and associated software they provide for your printer/scanner model.
