The random hardware addresses option in my settings under the wifi tab is greyed out and wont let me turn it on, i checked my drivers and they are already updated to the latest versions. Is there anyway to fix this?

On that settings window, is there any error indicated like the setting is managed by an organization, or is that setting just greyed out?

Open Device Manager, then expand the Network Adapters section.

What is the make and model number of your WIFI card.
