AZ-104 Exam Passed 2 Days Ago But Not Showing on Learn Profile

I did the AZ-104 Certification Exam and it was passed but till yet i did not get any response. I talked to Pearson VUE support. They are saying your test is passed and delivered successfully please talk to Microsoft support. Can you please check what is the issue why its not showing on my profile.

For most exams, results are available within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours for results to appear in the Learn profile’s Certifications tab. Community guidance in similar cases also notes 24–48 hours before the certification appears.

Since it has already been 2 days, use this checklist:

1. Sign in to the correct Learn profile.
   • If multiple Microsoft accounts exist, the exam may be attached to a different profile.
   • Try any other personal, work, or school account that may have been used when registering.
2. Check the Certifications tab in the Learn profile.
   • The credential should appear there if the exam result has been processed to the correct profile.
3. Verify the credential requirements.
   • Confirm on the exam or certification details page that the passed exam completes the credential requirements.
4. If the certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
   • This is the documented path for additional assistance with missing credentials.
