A direct support-side merge is not available. Microsoft Learn profiles are self-managed.

A Learn profile merge is possible only when one personal Microsoft account is involved. A Learn profile can have:

    • 1 personal account
    • up to 5 work or school accounts

Since the listed accounts include two personal accounts (Gmail-based Microsoft account and Outlook Microsoft account) plus one work account, the supported path is to use the work account as the bridge.

    Steps:

    1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the personal account that currently has the profile to start from.
    2. Select the profile icon in the top-right corner.
    3. Go to Settings.
    4. Under Account Management, select Add login account.
    5. Add the work or school account.
      • If that work account is already tied to another Learn profile, this triggers a profile merge.
    6. Sign in with the work account.
    7. Then add the other personal Microsoft account from Settings > Account Management > Add login account.
      • If that account is associated with another Learn profile, this also triggers a profile merge.

    Important limits and effects:

    • The merge cannot be undone.
    • If adding accounts would exceed five work or school accounts, the merge is canceled.
    • All learning progress, credentials, and transcripts are combined, and duplicate content is removed.
    • If either profile has private profile mode enabled, the merged profile will have it enabled.

If a certification is still missing after linking and merging, first verify that the correct Learn profile is being used and try signing in with any account that may have been used during exam registration. For additional help with missing credentials, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
