Has my 365 subscription been renewed. Are all payments up to date?

An out of date credit card was used on 28th July to renew my 365 subscription. Payment request was rejected. I updated payment options with a new credit card detail. From the M/S Q&A I believe I need to set the payment to recurring. I do not see this option on the subscription and services online page. Has my 365 subscription been renewed? Has the payment been requested using the new credit card details?

    Thankyou.

I am 100% certain I am the owner. I also have only one Microsoft account. My email address has been used previuosly by Microsoft. An older credit card of mine has been used for previous renewals. The subscription is in my name. All of this shows I am the owner.

I am trying to pay Microsoft my subscription. I have updated my credit card. There is clearly a disconnect in the Microsoft process. Yesterday I received another reminder from Microsoft that the subscription is not paid.

    Help please!!

Can you please ask someone in Microsoft UK organisation to call me on my mobile [REMOVED PII].

    Thank you

Thank you. I followed your proposed procedure. From Subscriptions I selected 'Manage'. I did not see 'Pay Now'. I also did not see 'Turn On' or 'Turn Off' Recurring Billing. The only choice was to 'Leave Subscription' which I do not want to do. Ive checked the Credit Card Statement. Ive also checked the Microsoft Order History.

    Dear Andrew,

From what you shared, I understand that you updated the expired card with your new card details, but the Services & subscriptions page does not show an option to enable recurring billing, so you are unsure whether the subscription was renewed and whether Microsoft has charged the new card.

The new card may have been saved successfully, but that does not necessarily mean Microsoft retried or completed the rejected renewal payment.

    I recommend checking the following:

    1. Sign in to Services & subscriptions with the Microsoft account linked to Microsoft 365. Check whether it shows Active, the next billing date, or an expiry date.
    2. Select Manage. If you see Pay now, the previous payment is still outstanding. Select it and choose the new card to complete the payment.
    3. If you see Turn on recurring billing, select it. If the page shows Turn off recurring billing, recurring billing is already enabled. A Renew or Resubscribe option can also be used and will turn recurring billing on.
    4. Check the new card statement and your Microsoft order history for the charge.

Please let me know how it goes after trying these steps, and I'll be glad to continue looking into it with you.
