Are you referring to the monthly 60 mins calling credit that you used to have with subscription? If so this has been ended match 2026. Please see Microsoft document here and its relevant section .

EmilyS726, thanks for the response. But, I could find all this information at Microsoft site. I was hopping that community could give me specific answer to my specific question. Also, you probably know that talking or chatting with a real person at MS support is almost impossible. So frustrating, I think MS does not give any consideration to its clients.

Well, I won't be able to comment on Msft's decision and their support system, because I have zero relation with that.

However. to help answer your question, you said you had the subscription and couldn't make calls with credits, hence, I asked "Are you referring to the monthly 60 mins calling credit that you used to have with subscription?" Can you clarify this question I asked? Because if you are indeed referring to the 60-min calling credit that came with the subscription, the answer is still the same, it has been discontinued since March this year. So the answer is there's no more Skype calling credits in your account.

Unless, are you talking about credits you purchased separately, not the ones that came with the subscription?

Yes, I am referring monthly 60 mins call credit with my subscription. I beleive this is still available accordint to MS office 365 advertising.
