    Hello Rob Holden,

Could you clarify what TGSOne is, such as an external drive, application, website, or cloud service?

For the photos stored on your laptop:

    1. Open File Explorer and select This PC.
    2. In the search box, enter kind:=picture.
    3. Check Pictures, Downloads, Documents, and your OneDrive folder.
    4. If you remember when the passport photos were created or downloaded, sort the results by Date modified.

If the photos were saved in TGSOne, the exact steps will depend on what that service or device is.

Photos typically have these file extensions:

    .png

    .jpg

    .jpeg

so search for those file extensions, and one of those files could be your passport pictures.

    Sorry, never heard of TGSOne.
