Hello Microsoft Support,

We observed a transient issue on 24 July 2026 at approximately 16:30 IST (11:00 UTC) where users message was not received on bots end in Microsoft Teams bot for a few minutes. The bot was working normally before and after the incident, and no changes were made on our side. Attaching a snippet for your verification.

Since Microsoft mentioned lingering regional stability after MO1437424, could you please confirm:

  • Whether our tenant was affected by any residual impact from MO1437424.
  • Whether there was any Teams or Bot Framework messaging degradation around that time.
  • If not, whether backend telemetry indicates any other cause for the message delivery failure.

Hi @Niranjana Othayoth

While MO1437424 may be relevant context because it included Microsoft Teams chat degradation, the incident was officially resolved several hours before the reported event. As this is a community forum and not Microsoft Support, we do not have access to tenant-specific backend telemetry, service health diagnostics, or internal Teams/Bot Framework logs to confirm whether your tenant was affected by any residual impact from the incident.User's image

If you require verification of backend telemetry, service-side diagnostics, or the message delivery failure, we recommend opening a support case with Microsoft Support through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. They can review internal logs and determine whether the issue was related to MO1437424 or another service-side condition.
