i cant access word on my laptop

Microsoft word is not operating on my laptop and it keeps showing my a screen saying its unable to operate and when i click the option repair now nothing seems to be happening

    That 'Repair Now' button just performs a quick repair of the Office apps and that rarely resolves the problem with Office.

    The best option is to perform a full repair of your Office installation.

    Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu).

    Go to Apps - Installed Apps, then scroll down to find Microsoft Office

    Select that and choose Modify - Online Repair

    That should fix any issues with your Office Installation.
