Currently we are trialing Microsoft Bookings as a way for people to schedule interviews however the function does not work that great. This is how it's been set up:

However when someone goes into it to book - they see this:

Can you help me with this as it's reallly frustrating that it seems to go off my own calendar, and not the times I have provided.

Hi - Thanks for this - annoyingly it is still showing availability based on the individual... so when the account I've made (Michelle) goes on to look at (Daniel's) slots - it isn't showing an 11am Daniel has made as Michelle already has an 11am in her diary.

    Hello @Sado, Daniel

I will check it again at my end to support you.

To make sure I understand the concern correctly: is the expectation that every user who opens the Microsoft Bookings link should be able to see all of the time slots that have been configured, regardless of their own personal calendar availability?

    1/ Service settings

    • Go to Bookings -> Create a new services and verify that the configured availability, service duration, and any buffer time align with the intended schedule.
    • A slot may be hidden if the appointment duration or buffer does not fit within the configured availability window.

2/ Staff availability and calendar conflicts

    • Navigate to Bookings -> Staff -> Assigned Staff Member.
    • Verify that the staff member's working hours cover all expected booking slots.
    • Check whether "Events on Office calendar affect availability" is enabled. If enabled, Outlook meetings or calendar events may block configured booking slots.User's image

    4/ Time zone settings

Confirm that the Bookings mailbox, staff profile, and testing user are using the expected time zone, as time zone differences can make slots appear missing.

Finally, regarding the affected staff member, could you please ask them to confirm whether they have any existing meetings or calendar events scheduled during the time slots that are not visible in the booking page, as shown in the screenshot? This will help determine whether Outlook calendar conflicts are affecting slot availability.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Kind regards,
