how can i renew my window insider program and when i press window+r and write winer it says file not found plz tell me what to do

Correct command is winver
Microsofr have already released new certificat to Experimental (Future platforms) channel and other channels should get new certificate before current expiration date. Just keep following this forum to see when those updates are released.
