Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Hello @at,
Based on the information provided, I understand that you are experiencing an issue accessing Outlook Classic, while Outlook on the web (OWA) is working as expected.
To help us further investigate the issue, could you please let me know which license is assigned to you? You can find this information by going to My Account, then selecting Subscriptions from the left-side menu, or clicking View Subscriptions in the center of the screen, as shown in the screenshot below:
In addition, could you please confirm which Outlook version you are using? For example, is it Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019, or Microsoft 365 Apps for Business/Enterprise? If possible, please provide a screenshot of File > Office Account > About Outlook.
It would also be helpful to know when the issue first started occurring and whether you are able to access your mailbox successfully using New Outlook.
Regarding the error you encountered, I found the following Microsoft article which describes an issue related to Outlook profile setup and Autodiscover. Please let me know if the symptoms match what you are experiencing and you have tried all resolutions in the KB but the issue still remains: Outlook can't set up a new profile by using Exchange Autodiscover for an Exchange Online mailbox in Microsoft 365 - Exchange | Microsoft Learn
Please feel free to let me know if you have any updates. I look forward to hearing from you.
