Microsoft 365 headache; need guidance on access

I have created azure portal account with my personal google email which already had a microsoft account, while in azure portal I am seeing the option to open ms 365 admin, I get login page, this where the issue is, if I try my personal email, I get user work or school email and if I try the email design by azure which is my azure account domain email address, I canot find user, and this is bad I know all my details yet it getting frustrating as a new user.

    Hi!

    In the Azure portal, open Microsoft Entra ID > Users and check whether your account is listed there. Also check whether it is shown as a Member or Guest user type and if it has administrative roles assigned.

    You can also try to create a new user in Entra ID, give it an administrator role, and use that account to sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
