    The 'Service Unavailable' error usually indicates there is a problem with the Office licence, it usually indicates that is not a consumer licence version of Office.

    What version of Office did you purchase, is that Office Home 2024, Office Standard 2024 or Office Pro Plus 2024, and where did you purchase the Office licence, was that from an online retailer.
