¿Te refieres a tu suscripción a Office 365? Si es así, para solicitar un reembolso, sigue estos pasos:
Ve a: https://account.microsoft.com/services
Busca tu suscripción a Microsoft 365.
Haz clic en Administrar > selecciona Cancelar y sigue las instrucciones para solicitar el reembolso.
Nota: Si no encuentras la opción de reembolso, puedes contactar al soporte técnico de Cuentas y Facturación de Microsoft siguiendo estos pasos:

En la barra de búsqueda, escribe tu problema y presiona Enter.
