We are increasingly getting hit with this automatic reply from trying to send emails.

I have contacted Microsoft support from my online hotmail account but unfortunately it hasnt been resolved.

We are a small business that relies on sending emails to our customers.

How do we fix this? We do not send promotional material or links in our emails.

While Microsoft doesn't prevent you from using hotmail for business purposes, hotmail address is not designed for business use and the needs that business email communications usually require.

Leading up to this, have you been using this hotmail address to send group emails and mass communication, especially also including email signature and emaisl in html format for example? These tend to be red flags and can cause your account to be identified as sending spams.

In the bounce email you received, did it specifically mention something about daily limit? If possible, can you include the full version of that bounce email?
