Excel ran into the problem . ...error message receiving. please suggest how to address this error

While opening excel , i am getting message that " we are sorry, Excel has run into an error problem that is preventing it from working. Excel need to be closed. Providing three options

Repair Now,

Help

Close.

on click on Repair now.... problem is not getting addresses ....

The 'Repair Now' button will only perform a quick repair of Office and that rarely resolves the problem, the best option is to perform a full online repair of your Office installation.

Open the Settings App (gear icon on your Start Menu)

Go to Apps, then scroll down to find Microsoft Office

Select that and choose Modify - Online Repair

That should fix any issues with your Office Installation.

Press Win + R, type:

excel / safe

If Excel opens, disable all add‑ins:

• File → Options → Add‑ins
• Manage: COM Add-ins → Go
• Uncheck everything → OK

please check and update.
