We have two Power BI themes enabled in our Organizational Themes catalog. Neither is appearing in Power BI for our users to access.

We have already double checked security parameters, and attempted multiple troubleshooting solutions with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

    Dear Sarah,

Good day, and thank you for reaching out to the Q&A Forum.

As a forum moderator, I genuinely wish I could directly access your tenant to diagnose and resolve this for you. Unfortunately, my role here is limited to providing general guidance and pointing you to the right resources.

To be upfront, Power BI organizational themes is a fairly specialized area, and since you have already verified your security parameters and worked through several troubleshooting steps, this would benefit from input by people who work with Power BI tenant settings daily. I would highly recommend reposting your scenario in the Microsoft Fabric Community, specifically under the Power BI forum. That community is actively followed by Microsoft MVPs, Power BI engineers, and experienced administrators who regularly handle organizational theme and tenant configuration issues. Beyond standard troubleshooting, it also offers a large repository of community-tested solutions and deeper technical documentation for complex scenarios.

When posting, I would suggest including:

    • The fact that Organizational Themes does not appear in the Themes dropdown at all for your users.
    • Whether it appears for administrators but not standard users, or for nobody.
    • Which Power BI license types your affected users have.
    • The tenant settings you have already verified.
    • A screenshot of the Themes dropdown as your users see it, with any sensitive information masked.

Please accept my apologies for redirecting you to a different community. Members here primarily focus on Microsoft 365 and Office applications, so to get faster and more accurate assistance on a Power BI-specific scenario, pointing you to the right community is genuinely the most useful thing I can do from my position. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Wishing you all the best.
