i cant get the 500 point bonus

so yesterday i did the search and it counted on the mobile app but today when i went to do it no matter what i tried it did not mark the second day so now i cant get the 500 points

A streak or day-based bonus can fail to register if:

1. The daily set was not completed on time.
2. A VPN was used.
3. The device was using a different time zone.
4. The activity was done while signed in to a different Microsoft account.
