Battery stuck on 0%

Question

My battery has been stuck on 0% percent for about a week. I have a Lenovo IdeaPad slim 3. It doesn't change when I charge it, it just stays on 0 the whole time, I have tried troubleshoot options and none of them have worked. If I take it off charge whilst it is on, I can use it and it doesn't die, despite the fact that its on 0% charge. I'm not sure what the best route is to take from here, any advice would be valued.

If I understand this correctly, it sounds like the issue is cosmetic, right?

Scroll down and find the section titled "Get a detailed battery report in Windows 11". Follow the instruction there to run the battery health report, and then share the report with me via OneDrive, or other cloud drive of your choice. I will review the battery health details. Thanks!
