Regarding MS Publisher it said I can continue to use if I "Keep the perpetual Office/Publisher installation" What does this mean. It was downloaded on our computer there isn't any disc? So what is installed will work after October 2026? Basically doe the old version vanish from my PC?

If you are not using a subscription based version of Office and have Office 2021 or an older version of Office installed on your PC, then when Publisher is deprecated in October, Publisher will not be removed from your PC.
