Windows fails to detect bluetooth devices

When using the Add Device, Windows will not detect my mouse and keyboard.

    Hi ,

    Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Hi @J Cass

    press windows + R type : devmgmt.msc

    check the bluetooth status. just uninstall and reinstall bluetooth driver. or just remove bluetooth from here and restart pc automatically install bluetooth drivers.
